Sorry for previous post never used forum b4 west London based I can go anywhere there or central but thank you for anyone who would've offered but if anyone has a spare free handle bar in NW W SW TW etc would be greatly appreciated thank you

Got the below old steel ones if you're still looking for something. Not entirely sure they're MTB but they look similar to several riser bars on these bikes with the rise and swayback.
