An iPad would be better than a laptop if you're mostly watching TV on it
second screen maybe, if you wanted the normal iPad instead of pro and slightly bigger screen. The LG Gram (16MR70) looks quite nice

Hive mind. Mrs EB and I don't have a TV and just use an Acer Chromebook which is now no longer getting updates and Netflix no longer works because the browser is out of date.
We're toying with the idea of getting an Ipad Pro 12.9 inch (the Acer screen is 14) to replace it with. Anyone using one to watch TV/Films? Would a laptop be better? Cheers!
