Your Colnago C40 is sublime…it is elegant…Something that disc brake bikes aren’t…I appreciate that is my opinion….i was on holiday in Girona…everyone on the road has discs…no one had rim brakes or steel frames.

Thank you. In person it’s even better and weighs nothing. I’d love to keep it but alas finances atm do not permit. I believe that when with the repair it’s a bargain ;)

Both going back on eBay, thread closed
We have had these on here before but moved to scumtree & fleabay. Now back here.
Don’t let the disc breaks win! We like the seatposts backwards. Makes us go faster ;) #Aẽř0
Both bikes are based in east London (Leyton) but happy to meet elsewhere.
** Black & yellow colnago C40 53cm**
I’m not using this at all and it’s gathering dust. Price is more than fair I think considering the bike it is and the components.
Please read: the rear drop out non drive side has had a carbon repair and the front left rivet for the front gear derailleur is sticking out. I have been quoted by Carbon bike repair leather head for £80 to fix this but I do not have the time or means to go there. I have ridden it as is for over a year with no problems but you buy this bike having read this. See last pictures
53cm fits me well as is at 5’9

**Vintage Retro 1988 Cannondale SR500 52cm **
Lovely bike just serviced at my local bike shop. It was my friends but he finds it too big for himself.
Frame: 88 Cannondale SR500 I believe came from @ghettro
52cm top tube CTC and 127mm spacing, will take 130mm wheel at the back with only a little effort.
BSA threaded BB and takes 1" fork.

Prolite wheels and a full Ultegra R8000 Groupset and the pedals.
cranks 170mm 50/34, cassette 11-28. bars are 38cm and stem is 100mm.
The bike has been used a bit but I've found it far too long of a top tube for me as it has old geometry
