I would join ACT perhaps and use their member benefits, or phone Hiscocks who provide to their members (at a preferential rate I suspect).

Looking to do some free bike doctor stuff in the community and at work. I’m qualified, but struggling to find much relevant online, it all seems targeted at businesses. Anyone got any experience with this?

Not specifically but from my experience of having liability insurance, the insurers probably aren't going to care that it's voluntary. The majority of their business will be businesses and so, that's how they'll deal with you.

Thanks. Yes most companies are only quoting for businesses. Anyone else have any experience with getting insured for free bike doctoring?
I'm looking for public liability insurance as a cycle mechanic, been looking all over the web and found very little, a broker has been looking into it for 3 days and found only a £300 quote for something else . Maybe I'm missing the obvious, I did scan the other threads.
