    Yeah when I say quality I mean it’s well made, decent customer service and plenty of availability. Used in commercial a good amount which is often a good sign too.

    I think it’s worth spending money on the stuff you touch as that’s where you will notice the cheaper stuff from the better

    I think that might prove smart, I worry that black/bronze effect sanitaryware might end up the equivalent of avocado or pink bathroom suites in a few years.

  • Anything done well will stand the test of time, any cheap pastiches of trends will age badly.

    FWIW I’d take Crosswater over Lusso as I’d expect spares easier to come by - saying that Lusso customer service is top notch and they’ve sent me anything I’ve ever needed spares wise.

    I actually have a spare gold flush plate I need to send back really.
