Yeah there are a couple of hydro dry breaks on the market now. All very expensive but pretty flash and nifty for travelling

The No22s are made by tektro iirc, and firefly uses the same design.
There was some reports of leaking, but the folks I heard that from are a bit whiny/bitchy/grumps so take it with a grain of salt.

Larger hydraulic quick couplers, like you find on hammer attachments for excavators and so on, tend to lose a smear's worth when the coupling is fitted or released; can't see why these should be any exception
