Maybe the council need to provide more bins to make it easier for people. Oh wait as the old saying goes you can lead a horse to water but people are lazy bastards

We asked for more bins. Was told the council had signed a very long contract with a waste Co that included a clause that prevented any more bins being added. We'd get more bins if any were surplus elsewhere in the authority. Madness.

It really should be fuck all to do with bins. I don’t pass one on my normal morning dog walk. It goes in my pocket (there can be up to four dog eggs from two dogs) and in the bin when I get back.

It acts as a hand warmer in winter, obviously.
