NSL often feels soporific on UK motorways, 30-40% more seems about right but they’re not designed for more.
But depends how quiet the car is, as doesn't feel fast. 90-100 felt fast (in a modded Skoda Estelle)due to the sound and vibration then to a 740 turbo 140 mph felt like I wasn't speeding. Both on open motorways no traffic to overtake.
