Was quite a while ago now, but I am relatively sure it was posted locally in the UK.

The Wusthof chef’s knife (10” ?) I had with the smashed handle got replaced, too. Didn’t have to send it in or anything, just sent them a few photos.

Thanks to whoever let me know about the warranty policy (hippy? Hugo? Someone in here).
