Yep we loved Supacell - having lived in the cuntyside for the last 4 years it was good to hear people speaking properly again.
Assuming there will be another season.

if you've not adjusted your ear
This is a lot easier for those of us who grew up in areas where there was a strong regional accent/dialect than those who were hearing the same accent on the TV/Radio as around them. And then there are just entitled cunts.

Interesting watching this today.

I’m nearly into the 7th season of Seinfeld. It’s very OK. Quite repetitive, I wouldn’t say it was particularly funny.
-

People generally didn't find it funny which accounts for its lack of success.

At 8:37 I think he says toy dolls as a euphemism for balls. That's a new one on me.
At 8:40, what comestibles are in the box?
At 9:14 a headbutt is described as a malky. Also new to me. Required much googling.
This is one of the easiest episodes to understand. The cast are young, so it's quite early. Maybe the accents got stronger in later ones? Rab himself becomes less intelligible than the others, which is such a pity. He has many of the best lines.

Coming to the end of Entourage and Google spammed me with this:
^ loving the link address
Got to say if you were young in that era there is a lot of nostalgia, especially in the music. Someone was clearly a hip hop fan.

Prime TV recommendations? I like Walter Goggins but not loving Fallout, will start Boys S4 tonight but looking for something a bit more straight laced. Already done Reacher/Ryan/Bosch. Should watch Underground Railroad but would prefer some escapism, the Devil's hour would be perfect if i hadn't already seen it.

I've never seen the game but I'm kinda into the TV show.
Also watching The Boys alongside it so my exploded head gore levels are much higher than normal.

Taika Watiti's Time Bandits.
I love his stuff. What's this one? TV show?
-
• #9513
We did all these earlier in the year. I'd never really got into it but missus watched it and now I'm a regular watcher.

The last couple of episodes of The Boys have really got to me.
It really is no holes barred for the writers.
I used to tell people to watch it now, because the themes will either feel outdated and sensational, or too fucking depressing to bare. Right now it looks like it'll be the latter.

Glad you're enjoying. Also glad to see it got so much love and positive feedback from critics.

It's a bit like me telling people to watch Idiocracy, because it's the most accurate documentary film of humanity :)

heh heh heh. Yep only avatar I've had since 2012. I lost weeks of my life playing Fallout when I was a teenager.

Game is older than I thought then. I tried to get back into games with GTA4 or something but there's so much bullshit with modern games and it was always more fun playing deathmatch against mates and nowadays I either ride, work or turn my brain off with tv so gaming is too much effort/too much extra time in front of a computer.

• #9521
You are right, in this case.

Yeah - starts next week. Apple TV tho.

Same reason. Don't want to shell out money for something I just can't be fucked using.

Understand, but I have the inane ability to procrastinate.
You need them for patois? TBF I love how disparate language gets and can be mutually understandable and/or complete nonsense if you've not adjusted your ear.
