Are you outside the warranty period. I had my motor, battery and charger replaced by Brompton under warranty, there were obviously problems with the early ones.

Alas, it’s outside. And I’m the second owner. It’s done about 5800Km which I hope isn’t bad?

I've done more than double that so they are capable, in theory.... always worth contacting Brompton even if out of warranty, there's not much that they won't warranty TBH.

Karen (who was really helpful) from Brompton’s online chat suggested a trip to the Brompton Junction in Clapham to test whether it’s the battery or the charger.
