Here you go - nothing overtly fancy, I mocked up the shape needed to fit flaps using the lower stay bolts on a VO mudguard, then CADed and laser-cut them out of polypropylene sheet. The flap has a subtle 'Stayer Workshop' logo engraved on too! Looks very decent and very durable in practice after innumerable flap-kerb/speed bump/rock encounters.
