I paid via wire transfer , I highly doubt I'd get it back, I simply put trust in Mielec , they did deliver, but the packing was not enough to protect the frame unfortunately, I'm not sure if the package was inured , I do see the packing slip saying value 500, and it was shipped through Poland Post ... to the US and then picked up by USPS

Did you pay with a credit card or PayPal? Might be able to dispute it that way if Mielec are being difficult. Probably worth going back to them and saying that you've been told it's not repairable by local experts and offering to take them to small claims court if they don't repair or replace it? A bit of pressure probably won't hurt.
