My watch guy has finally got inside this. It’s in cracking condition for a 1943 watch, and has the original paper insert between the case back and anti-mag cover. Movement markings correlate with the caseback so it looks totally original. New crystal fitted and currently running +/- 2 mins /24 hours but getting better… nice dial eh?

Nice little 1943 Bulova a11 that was reissued to the British MOD that I’ve just picked up… for £25! Running nicely too!
