I think everyone says their entire family was in the car and all got whiplash, doctor's note from crooked doctor, overblown 'invoices' for 'car repairs' and 'hire cars'...
About 10 years ago I had a gentle kiss with someone's bumper whilst parking, zero visible damage. We exchanged details and the dude said not to worry about it. Next thing I knew, my insurance called to flag a £13K claim against me, including whiplash claims for 4x people (the guy was alone at the time) and £5K vehicle repairs. Guy tried claiming I rammed into him at high speed.
