Definitely luck - stores only get a limited supply of the stands (based on previous sales performance, etc. - but sometimes the managers have said that it seems very random!) and they have gone quickly previously. That said, my local store in Cambridgeshire had them for ages and even marked the last couple down to get rid after a couple of weeks last time out.

Luck! I usually try and hit a couple at least, but the bigger one on the OKR near the recycling site seems to be most reliable.
