Doesn't look like it when the likes of TP, JV, & RE simply head off up the road as and when they fancy.
Ineos could've recognised this and arrived with the intention of supporting a swashbuckling rider to entertain the crowds and make headlines going for mountain stages and the spotty jersey points.
