• This has been languishing in the shed for way too long.

Old, presumably 60s, road/touring frame and fork. I have no idea who made it. I have no idea about the tubing, but it feels quite light and looks to be good quality. It has pretty lugs and is drilled for a (long gone) metal headbadge, so it was possibly a decent frame maker. Braze-on cable guides on the top-tube, down-tube, and chain-stay and a braze on shifter stop on the underside of the down-tube. Looks like it was originally painted in a shade of beautiful baby blue, but was overpainted darker blue and yellow with white pinstripes and a white fork. It is now ratty, especially on the top of the stays (and actually quite nice, in my opinion). So it needs painting or lacquering.

    Seat-tube: 56cm / 22"
    Top-tube: 54cm / 21"
    Rear spacing: 120mm
    BB threading: British
    Fork threading: British
Seatpost: unknown (I'd guess 26.4 or 27.2 but haven't checked)

    Collection from Shadwell, E1 0AD.
