This is hang up of colonialist mentality. Some British subject were niced up if they aligned themselves with the British rulers. This especially included the Indian elites/royals that were Anglofied and educated in britian. Taught to see there own people and savage uneducated natives and thank the empire for all that was good in the world whilst benefitting personally in contrast to the masses.
This mentality exists today as some people try to gentrified themselves in various ways, in a way to appease the apparent white elite for personal benefit, and only happy to do the dirty work that they don't want to such as front the Rwanda scheme.
Malcolm X called this phenomenon the 'House ni**er' ready to through his own under a bus at any moment.
The British empire wouldn't exist without them.

This will account for some but it's still defining people in colonialist terms and denying them their own individuality/humanity. There are cunts everywhere, and some are not going to let racism bar them from elite cuntery.

Migrants who produce offspring that make it to super important jobs like being a politician or are just multi-multi-millionaires are ok.
Migrants who are, or produce offspring that become, "lesser" jobs like surgeons, GPs, nurses, dentists, etc need to be controlled and limited because a significant chunk of the electorate don't like people in those jobs with funny sounding names or have beliefs in different sky fairies.
(At least that's how I think they must think.)
