Boardman Air 9.8. Before the cables went in vertically on the top tube, you want the one with the cables entering horizontally around the head tube.
You could build this up with Light Bicycle wheels and a 11s Ultegra di2 within budget.
Don’t be scared off by the Boardman branding. A good build on this frame will turn heads and ride as well as anything else.
