So much performative nonsense around the football. Ross Kemp makes me hope that we lose (yes I know saying ‘I hope we lose’ is performative before anyone starts).

I don’t think any country is as quick to lose perspective as us.

Have you visited other countries or spoken to them about football? I remember speaking to Argentinian and Brazilians in 2006. Absolute unequivocal and unshakeable belief in their teams.
