I agree locked outside/not too fancy logic but sometimes it's nice to indulge yourself. I'm guilty of running my tri-spoke in sunny calm wind conditions. Do I commute with it? No. Here's my steel vigorelli ready to be ridden to work... Testing some faux hoods
Full disclosure: it stays within a locked gate at work until it gets dark when all the bosses go home. Then it comes inside. But only the Cinelli.

I like the mix with that Dale fork, suits the frame well that !

I appreciate your input... legs on the cdale fork are skinnier then the original and steering input is more acute without feeling twitchy... A Roady buddy who happens to be a bike mechanic called it cute last time I met up with a local Vancity krew. I have a climb to work which results in a fast fun decent to look forward after shift. Pleased to relay that the faux hoods have softened up the ride by moving my grip closer, taking pressure off my palms.

Yeh its the difficult thing with these modern steel tubes and oversized headsets. So good job finding a match.
And as is definitely looks like a useful bike built with intent -

Was fortunate to find new old stock All-city nature boy fork from a shop for winter styling upgrade. Parts from Cane Creek will be used to minimize the adaptation to the frame by allowing me to retain the same lower headset cup. This should make things convenient swapping back and forth whenever the urge arises. I also decided to purchase a 650b x 1.75 wheel/tire combo to make up for the longer fork legs on the new fork. Here's a pick of a Mash from one of the city krew that I bumped into at the most recent critical mass ride this Friday. The headset parts will arrive at the shop by next weekend.

Out of curiosity (90% sure I’m selling it) what would this frameset be worth?

It would depend on supply or availability. I'm sorry to hear you're selling such a pretty bike. Hope the next +1 will be a nicer ride. Apologies for not being helpful

Yeh why is the sticker job so bad and random...

I like it except for the oversized front fork... I'm happy to have converted to a flat crowned steel fork on my '19 Steel Vig
