How #tartmode are you trying to get? Sometimes you just have to send a drawing of the exact thing you want to a machine shop and accept that two bolts are going to cost you £100

I have some M5 ID Ø / M5.45 OD Ø in brass
or some M5.7ID Ø / M6.3 OD Ø in ally.

Yeah this is pretty much where I ended up.
Massive project drift with this having
TWICE
ordered exactly the same incorrect length bolt.
