How old is your pup? Crumpet had real peaks and troughs with her recall training. Just when we thought we'd cracked it she went back to completely ignoring us. That happened a few times and she's now 4 and mostly very good with some bad behaviour days that are getting less and less frequent. It's a long process! I've mentioned it a few times in this thread but consistency has always been the key for us. We tend to find that when she's behaving less well it's because either my partner or I have changed what we're doing very slightly. When we both use the exact same commands and rewarding behaviour, she usually starts behaving better again.

Any advice about my dogs recall going a bit to shit? Used to be pretty good. Basically if there is a female dog he’s attaching his nose to their back end and he ain’t listening no more. Get him back on a long line?
