Sort of guessed what you meant, but thought clarity is better in case someone misunderstood.

Ok now can someone explain how these work
How is it any quicker? Or different from a bleed nipple.

Rhetorical?

Spring holds ball in seated position. Sucky sucky forces ball up and opens valve for fluid. Moment sucky sucky stops, ball is forced back by spring.

Relies on mechanical strength of spring (subject to failure).

You still have to turn the upper body of the nipple to give the ball bearing and spring space to move.

Seems an expensive way to be a one person bleed.
