If it is dont bother claiming. The cost will far out weight the value of the car.
As for insurance increase, far more than the car is worth and will effect every one on the policy as they have a claim against them. Also in insurance terms after having an accident (non fault or fault) you are an increased risk hence premium for the next 3-5 years.

A write off obviously (albeit for about the cheapest car that exists), anyone know what the likely effect on NCB/premiums will be? It’s on a multi car policy with two sets of NCB…
