My daughter has a referral for something and we have cancelled Mondays 9am appointment 4 times due to us being unable to attend. We have been reminded to attend said 9am appointment 5 times.
Additionally for some reason we are still getting appointment requests through two different departments, paediatrics and for some unknown and unrelated reason, oncology.
I reckon I can see one way the NHS might improve....
