Built in 1977 by Ellis Briggs of Shipley. The frame and forks are Reynolds 531 - the lugs and BB shell have playing card cutouts. Gears are 1st gen Dura Ace (which used the Crane derailleur) with a 5 speed close ratio block, Galli brakes, and a Stronglight chainset. The seatpost is a Laprade Brevete with an Isca Competition saddle. Cinelli bars and stem, Edco competition headset. Hubs are Campag Record high flange.
The above parts are all original. New parts are Mavic MA2 rims and Conti GP5000 25mm tyres (to replace the original tubs), bar tape, and a KMC chain. I bought it from Ellis Briggs, who rebuilt the wheels and fitted the new parts. I sourced the Look PS 75 pedals myself - they're slightly later (early 80s) and work with Look Delta cleats - although they are not Eroica compliant.
The measurements are:
Top tube 22"
Seat tube (c-c) 22"
Head Tube 6"
Stem 10cm
Bars 40cm
It's in beautiful condition, and has probably never been out in the rain.
