Is that some sort of aero rear mudguard on the Cooper he is selling (too cheap?)

That's weird. I used to work for Buzzbike, a bike subscription company. The first bikes they had were Cooper made and had that ridiculous (and incredibly heavy) mudguard. Here's a photo. I wonder if Cooper sold them under their own brand name or if that's a rebadged ex-Buzzbike.
