She was shouted down by the supporters of the Workers Party candidate, asked the retuning office to throw them out and then when order was restored, she went on a ramble about Jo Cox, the rise of the Right (fair enough) but then was all over the place about how everything she'd ever had as a child was as a result of Labour governments. Great night for the seats of Mid Derbys and Amber Valley where my wife and I have both been campaigning. Both Labour candidates got in. Now to hold their feet to fire for the causes of ordinary people. No Tory- like free passes here.
