Cavendish was given a 30 second penalty today, and deducted 10 points in the green jersey competition. I assume that was for drafting when he was off the back after one of his mechanicals. Did they mention this in any of the tv coverage?

Normally don't hear about penalties until the next day.

Yeah. Was in the ITV show. Cav was grumbling at the moto camera while he was glued to the bumper of the team car.

He was sitting on the bumper of the chief commisaire’s car for a good few minutes while telling the camera to piss off
