A bit off topic, but i spent the weekend in Bruges and can recommend a great restaurant (very non-vegetarian), https://www.koen-marijke.be/
I had the chefs menu with beer pairing.
The beers were fantastic and the food amazing.
Limited covers per day, so book ahead.
Koen does the cooking and buys the wine, he delivered dishes, engaged with us, talked passionately about the food and drink and asked for our opinions.
Marijke is the beer expert, she sat us and took our orders, talked to me about beers, what I liked, and offered a couple of options for the pairings.
They are a lovely couple and clearly love what they do.
If you are in Bruges and eat meat. I recommend.
