I’m hoping “acid green” will grow on me .

Took for a quick spin last night and I really like it. Goes well even with a fatty like me propelling it.
Needs new pedals n saddle , and I have some better wheels . it’s “only” 10 speed 105 and tiagra but is good enough for me. -

Hi guys,
I asked a friend to make me a direct mount hanger (first pic) for my 2018 supersix hi mod (second pic). Si it would probably be compatible with 2016 to 2019 supersix including disc version.
I've had several requests so I wonder if this might be of interest to anyone here. In this case we could imagine a small production.
The protoype (my hanger) is gonna be di2 only but we can imagine a mechanical version in the future
I can probably show you the prototype in a few days. The price will depend on the quantity to be produced.

Is that Windows Vista!?
(I guess it's embedded on the milling machine)

This supersix hanger wouldn't fit a CAAD10 would it?
Would definitely be keen if it did.

that is a superb trio. top work dude

Why do you need to change the standard hanger? Weight? Strenght?
-
• #16846
what does make it di2 only ?
-
• #16847
I'd be interested in a mechanical one, and a electronic version - depending on price etc etc

Think the hanger normally has an integrated cable stop

So took the caad optimo out for its first proper ride tonight and have to say I really like it. It’s seems to be one of the last ones made before the dropped seat stay model that’s currently in the range. I have had a few ‘dales in the past but have to admit whilst I knew of the synapse caad 12 , 13 and the system sixes I didn’t know this model existed and it doesn’t seem to have been mentioned at all on here. So what’s it all about ? It’s racier than a synapse but where is it positioned and why doesn’t it get any love? I’ve junked the stock wheelset and changed contact points and now feels a lot lighter. Does anyone else have one ?

I've got one of the recent drop stay versions and I use it as a hack bike for rainy days/light touring etc, puely functional. I love mine, it looks good and rides really well.
There is no problem with comfort as I reshod mine with 28cs. A total bargain for the price but then again, I'm not using the latest Carbon disc wheelset, just traditional rim brakes.
Back in the gang.
Realised that the only geared bike I had was my Brompton so to enjoy the summer sun I needed to remedy that. Picked up this virtually unridden 2020 Optimo via the ‘bay. Was 20 minutes away and I paid just over £200!!
