There was a time when Mercer seemed to not be a total twunt wasn't there?

In the last few years he's gone totally batshit.

agreed. He initially seemed a benign one trick pony. Then his penchant for rinsing the system (expenses and wife employer at an outrageous salary) then his ranting on political shows showed his true colours
