Not sure how that one managed to keep going.

Pog having to get his knee down on the uphill hairpins đ

This descent got me hiding behind the sofa. Snow melt added to things too.

Is this the Pidcock descent?
-
• #50108
Thought so. Added to the bucket list. (Though I have no descending balls any more).

Pfft. Left the attack too late!

• #50112
I think a pretty decent chunk of time to take at this stage.

seems a bit of an oversight for Jonas to be on 1x and spinning out at 70kph while Tadej can put the power down at 75kph+

Really?
Is this some groupset puritanism?
Unprofessional to sacrifice top end speed.
EDIT: His big ring is a dinner plate so maybe JV just couldn't put the hammer down....

If you don't think that was a cracking stage, the darts and golf coverage awaits.
The Tour is far from over with the main 4 favourites still in contention, but advantage Pogacar. The lead was only really increased beyond Plan Lachat where it gets less twisty. I wonder if this is a pointer for the 1st TT. If so, Evenepoel getting back onto the other main men after the twistiest bit could be another indicator (apart from him being World TT Champion).

I just want Jonas in yellow because I can't pick out VLB with their new kit.
-
• #50122
Itâs very far from over but between 45 and 75 seconds to the chasers seems quite a lot day 4.

Not saying it wasn't a good stage, I said it would come down to the last part of Galibier. People were overhyping the gradual big ring climbing sections - it wasn't really attritional until they were past Col du Lauterant.

other than no1 can now say 'carapaz is the only rider who can beat pog and jonas'
-

No it's not.
Almeida and Ayuso having a little barney there.
