Bought with dreams of turning into something like this but I'm not smart enough, and now it's laid around for too long in my parents shed.
Things I did:
Replaced the middle chainring
Put new brake pads in
Swapped the fork for a nippley Surly troll
Tiny stemmed it
Wider XC bars
Things it needs:
Front wheel
Hydro bleed
Recabling
A good home
