2 more sleeps.....
I've not had anticipation like this since christmas eve 1995.
I was 15, the playstation had just been released and I really wanted one, was disappointed on opening presents. Fingers crossed this is not that. Did eventually get one.

Out of morbid curiosity I recently re-read a few of the pages as the Brexit results were coming in 😬

Mr Gove told Times Radio today that there will be a “last-minute Tory surge as we secure a record-breaking new term”. He added: “With Rishi Sunak and Jeremy Hunt hailed as the Jude Bellingham and Harry Kane of centre-right politics.”A bemused Andrew Neil hit back: “Did I not tell you to stop taking these drugs?”

Tbh that wouldn't surprise me. I've seen lots of calls from all across the political spectrum to not vote labour as it's not needed, they'll get in anyway with a huge majority, I wouldn't be surprised if the cunts manage to pull something off last minute and we end up with a shitty conservative/reform coalition.
I know it's unlikely but I won't believe till we wake up on Fri with a new government (I hope) -

Just a couple of weeks ago, Sunak praised Starmer's ability to prioritise family time:

This just smacks of desperation. I think most voters will be supportive of Starmer's Friday arrangements, as they understand that is important.

I imagine if Labour called for people not to vote, you'd have Gove, Rees-Mogg, Farage etc honking on about election interference....

I got 98% Green, with only one question on pensions going to the Lib Dems.
Transport was a difficult toss up, the Green's policy on HS2 is terrible, but every other one is investing in additional road capacity.

Just saw the clip of a health minister trying to get in the line that "Keir has said he's going to do a four day week" on Sky news this AM, which is just desperation. Luckily Matt Barbet basically told her to go fuck herself*

Sunak does seem to have a quiet confidence that suggests this is more than a possibility.
