The billy bonkers on my wife's bike are fun.
I also liked the continental urban contact I had, for the less dirt bike more city look.
Next 26" will have Pirelli Angel dt because 2,40 is wide.
The latter two have a reflective stripe which in my opinion is a good thing to have for going to the bakery. -

Schwalbe Billy Bonkers have been good for me. Good in town and on dirt paths.

This is sick.
A bit Bdhu for me, but I love the build. Great colour scheme

Workhorse!
Mate of mine rode one across Canada East to West coast with the one I built for him on 2 × 7 gearing.

So I have no excuse with my granny triple! The intention is to make it into a 2x9 sub compact by ditching the outer chain ring. More cheapskate tactics.

I have officially become gravel pilled. Kinesis GX Race. Still need to set the front mech up properly, tape the bars, buy a nicer bottle cage and chop the steerer once I've finalised the position. It felt like a good fit and surprisingly quick on a spin down the road.

I finished my Colnago beater unfortunately an inch or two small for me so plan is to transfer the parts to a beat up yo eddy frame after a little welding. And decided to build up my non Paul Sadoff Rock Lobster (Merlin UK) , I’ve got a nice race face flite saddle and looked around the parts bin for as much race face parts I have without spending too much money.

Man i always dig those xentis mtb wheels.

Mad cranks and wheels, love it.

@young_gun @ectoplasmosis thanks guys, I’m thinking the wheels don’t really suit the build now as I’ve gone more budget on the rest of the components. The plan behind the rock lobster is a fully rigid fast mtb that I can really beat the crap out of with confidence.

That Flite 😎

It’s been sitting in my parts bin for a few years and thought I may as well build a bike around it. I found some old formula brakes today off my San Andreas that match the white and red! Hopefully I’ll have it up and running in the next couple of weeks. I’d like to get some race face grips, headset spacers, pedals and a NW chainring (but trying not to spend more than 100€ on the build).

New rims from Wheelhaus built up by @broken_777 / Arkane so the repaired and repainted Rock Lobster is finished for now..
..would still quite like a low(ish) stack -17° American stem if anyone has any ideas

Lovely, De Adelaar has quite some pedigree and not far from Dieren. Is that the velodrome storage space btw? That very tidy and looks brand new.

Thanks. I didn't know de Adelaar tbh but apparently these frames were specially made for them. I'll try to get some more info about this. The tubes are crazy
Oh and it's a storage I rent somewhere, doesn't belong to a velodrome btw.

new shoes on my charge grinduro.
35's feel pretty skinny compared to the 43's i've got used to riding on my other bike for the last few months.i've also fairly recently added the apex cranks and replaced the original EBB with a bushnell.
might need to go up a cog size as the 38 feels a bit spinny
