Of course, there are some people who maintain that 650B is one of the 26" wheel sizes🙂 It's definitely the one which has the widest choice of tyres at the moment, and the one which is the default for putting fatter tyres on a 700C bike without fucking up the geometry.
It looks like the pinch point is going to be at the chainstays. Take careful measurements and see if it's really worth it to change wheels just to squeeze a 42-584 in when there are decent mud options in 35-622
