Today is first time riding a bike since the above post I think! Corroborated by Strava at any rate. Was around the same roads. Not much park left now sadly. It’s just a low-rise housing estate pretty much. Roads quiet enough, though. And the long road between the Copper Box and Aquatics centre is now open.
