Political parties have finite resources and target them to ensure the best possible outcome. Given the results of previous elections, the demographics and changes to the constituency boundaries, they've probably looked at Tonbridge and thought that the LibDems are best placed to beat the Tories there, and decided not to waste resources in coming third.
Yeah, Lab haven't campaigned here at all - haven't seen a single leaflet, poster or anything. Clearly one they decided to write off straight off the bat. Shame - a couple of weeks ago the prediction sites were saying it could've been close, and I'd love to get rid of Tugs.
