Have a great time in Brighton, Oliver. The weather on Friday looks okay... cooler than yesterday. My phone said it was 28 degrees while I was out yesterday, but it felt fine... probably because of a bit of breeze. I once cycled the SDW from Winchester to Amberley in 29 degree heat, and it felt much, much hotter... probably because of no breeze. Enjoy the gig.

A propos of nothing, I'll probably ride to Brighton on Friday for a gig by The Embers, featuring the forum's famous forum's a @owl, at the Folklore Rooms, in case anyone's interested in seeing one of the forum-adjacent bands, who also happen to be very good. I may not ride if it's too hot, but it's supposed to cool down a bit until then.
