Going by what is stamped on it.

Some sites (Paddy Power for one) block scraping and sites where you need to click "show more" or similar don't tend to import well.
Betfred is often OK and this page looks pretty scrapable

It has to be worth checking it with a Vernier. No?

That is perfect, the skybet one I was scraping wasn't working.

You can measure a tube's diameter pretty accurately without any fancy equipment.

Off to Bruges for the weekend
If you're only in the city itself then contactless Visa/MasterCard is fine.
If you're venturing even a few miles out, make sure you have cash as outside of the main cities no one takes visa/MasterCard, it's all Bancontact only. Even in relatively large towns. (A few merchants seemed a bit disgruntled by this, but something to do with fees etc).
If you're unsure, take cash.

Cheers, chances are I am going to be in the main hub of Bruges, touristing.
Got enough euros to cover dinners and coffees if needed.Appreciate the info!

Wasn't sure if there was another thread for this but wanted a sense check before making a big purchase!
Looking at getting a Dolan GXC on the Cycle To Work scheme and trying to decide on sizing. According to their size guide, I'm top end on an XS and low end of a S.
I've compared the geometry but this is really my first time understanding a geo chart, my initial thought was to go with the XS as I can always show more seatpost/longer stem, and the cranks are 170mm which would be my preference.
Am I missing anything obvious or anything road/gravel specific that would need to be considered here?

Familiar with all of the Nitto models, I’ve found them generally too narrow and/or too much bend. I like about a 45° down to 30°.
Does Nitto make Soma’s bars? Didn’t see much but I’ll have another look.
I’ve been agreeing and disagreeing with Grant at Riv since he was at Bridgestone and know what they carry, will look at Hubjub, forgot about them.
Thanks! -

Raleigh North Road is the upmarket version of what I’ve been using since the 90s…
See above reply re: Nitto and Riv.
Thanks! -

Thanks! Will check.

Appreciate the offer, I’m in Canada though…
That one looks pretty good, maybe a little shallower than I’d shop for but worth experimenting with.
Thanks! -

Ergotec make some models that might suit. I particularly like the name Spacebugel https://www.ergotec.de/en/products/lenker/sub/city-trekking-lenker/produkt/spacebugel-25-4.html

I'm growing a crystal with my kid.
This one is a solution with a granate stone in the bottom.
As the water has evaporated there is a layer around the edge. Should I just leave it? Or should I scrape it off into the solution to help build more crystals?

Is that 4 different threads across 5 nuts?

Does anyone sell replacement lids for Purist bottles? Can't seem to find any. Don't want to buy another bottle I won't use.

Presumably the solution is already (super) saturated so adding more from the side will make no difference?
-
• #122525
That's a good rationale.
My thought was whether you'd be adding solid "starter" crystals from which to form bigger ones.
Have you tried a Vernier gauge across the seat post or are you going by what is stamped on it?
