Dibs to M4xime first but it's in as good condition as you'll find one that's actually been used. You'll see ex display in worse shape. I snagged one of the nylon zip pull tags when cutting the labels off which I've taped but no marks or damage anywhere and importantly no stains or accidents. I'd give it a solid 9/10 condition
