Didn't he already get convicted and serve jail time in the US for entering the country on someone else's passport? How is allowed to travel anywhere?

2012/13 - he was already banned from entry into the US because of his criminal record, so tried to enter using his mate's passport. Immigration smelled a rat and asked to remain in JFK airport for an interview with immigration officers and he scarpered.
