I think there's a maximum axle length? And if exceeded a 3 wheeler is classed as a car?

If it’s;
under 50cc and under 270kg it’s a moped;
50cc or over, but under 1000kg it’s a motor tricycle;
over 1000kg it’s a car.
The width thing is about how many lights it needs, I could go on. Don’t worry I won’t.
