New to me. π
Found a NOS one in Holland. Ordered it an will cost me 40β¬. π© But I got the stem for a reasonable 65β¬ so all together still within the budget.

The bike is a rather rare Eddy Merckx Columbus Max Pista so it deserves this little investment.

Ooo! More pix when ready, please

That is a top-banana frameset. Looks so tight.

The colour is not my favourite Merckx team livery but it's the original 1993 Team Vlaanderen 2002 colours. Hope it rides well as I intend to use it on the track this autumn and winter.

Knowles of Wolverhampton? I never heard of them. Can't find any info online either. I won't do much to it, get some different pedals and maybe some wider tyres.

That's nice. Maybe a quill stem? What's the clearance like?

They make quill stems in 31.8 right?

The proportions are still all wrong: take a beautiful thing and give it serious ugly-injections

I wonder if you can see the difference once the bar is in it. It looks hidious without a bar but that's probably only because our eyes are being fooled, no?
(not a fan of them either, let me be clear on that...)

Ah, ninja edit. There are people making 3d printed replacements, search ebay for Cinelli Grammo. Also NOS original ones are still out there, some reasonably priced.
