Thanks - good options all.
Shand stoater rohloff looks closest to what I'm after thanks. Can't quite get over price tag though. Thorn Mercury Mk3 looks close to - if I could fit drop bars to it.
I have a Day One which I use for commuting set up with flat bars. It's really agricultural and doesn't really inspire me to put the miles in on, hence the preference for something a bit nicer .
