Also gas/coal/electric/heating/fuel availability? Have humped sacks of coal along a towpath on a bike and it’s not that much fun! Although it’s getting warm, the damp is what makes it miserable for me.
Is it moored somewhere with good swimming? Living on a canal mooring without great swimming is just cruel, especially when it’s hot and sunny!
