Lovely, the video on the site has me sold. Nothing on their site about overseas shipping I can see. I'd imagine it would be a pain.

Those are great for creating slices of bread, less so for cutting a baguette into pieces suitable for a sandwich. Just be sure which scenario applies to you most often.

Ah yeah, I hadn't thought of that! It looks like you can get alternatives/knocks from places like Amazon but I wonder if they'd be as good?

My step dad bakes loads of bread, I got him a Jono Knife which he absolutely loves. He's had it for a couple of years now and uses it most days.
